Once upon a time…
there was a Venetian manager, a lover of good food and a tireless traveller, always looking for new stimuli and flavours. As a child, he enjoyed recognizing from the very first taste those flavours, in the appetizing and varied recipes that his mother prepared for him.

He used to spend his childhood in the family farm in close contact with nature. Since then, his love for fruits, herbs and spices – which make the dishes of Italian tradition unique – has been constantly increasing. And nowadays, he has turned his passion into his profession, by taking over a company that has been selling spices and aromas for 50 years: he started producing them, with passion and commitment, trying to figure out customer needs. To do this, he started developing products which could add an extra twist to any dish by traveling through lands of spices, trying to get the most from aromas, perfumes and uses. This led to the idea of creating his own brand, specifically thought for those who, like him, love being surprised and amazed by the food, mixing tradition and innovation.
